The Fioneers - Jess and Corey Working on FIRE Their Way
The Fioneers started the blog to document their FIRE Journey in 2018. They are following a different path towards their FI goal. Their path is to design themselves a life they love and one they “don’t want to retire from”. As I am also obsessed with creating my own dolce vita, so I love this approach to FIRE! The Fioneers are big proponents of Coast FI which is a concept where you have enough funds invested to live comfortably after a traditional retirement age. In the meantime, you can reduce your working hours or pursue other interests and only cover your living expenses.
